HOW TO CHECK YOUR DELIVERY STATUS
Upon ordering you will receive a confirmation email with SUBJECT: ORDER #XXXXX(your order number) CONFIRMED.
This means we have received your payment and your order will be processed soon.
When your order have been processed, you will received another email with subject A shipment from order #XXXXX(your order number) is on the way
Click view your order and you will be directed to a page with a link to track your order. This can also be done via www.roadbull.com if you have the TRACKING NUMBER. It will be inside the page after you click from the E-mail you received after we processed your order(2nd Email.)
Intructions and link will be provided when you confrim your choice of your COURIER. If you are unsure about this, feel free to email us at hello@thebarbershopmusic.com
CAN YOU BUY ONLINE AND COLLECT AT THE BARBERSHOP
YES, You can collect your orders at the shop. Do make sure opt for the option if you want to self collect at the shop. Self collection are advised to be collected BEFORE 6PM, if you orders are on the day it self. Alternatively, you also state the date that you want to collect your order.
NOTE: If you have an appointment scheduled after 6pm and wishes to collect your order on the same day as your order, please inform us first before you come. If your order have not been processed yet, there is really nothing we can do about it. Unless the web people are still around. So please do check with us first.
DELIVERY AND CHARGERS
The delivery will be set on the next working day upon confirmation of the order/s and approved payments. All orders after 6pm will be processed on the following day.
Delivery cost (estimated)will be charged according to the weight and volume of the parcel. All overseas orders received will be processed and delivered in 3 - 20 days (depending on the ZONE). Please check your zone/s and the charges (estimated) applicable/s
